Thank y’all so much for taking the time to inform and entertain people about Disney Y’all are also fun and I love listening to this podcast Y’all are Amazing!

I am taking my honeymoon in January and for some reason was dead set on going to the rain forest cafe for dinner on our animal kingdom day. Listening to you guys made me do some more research and find some place better. So thank you for your honesty.

So I’m sure some of you are like me and listened to lots of Disney podcasts without having a trip planned. It’s just nice to hear about Disney fun and dream of the next trip. These guys have the best conversations surrounding Disney. They make you feel like your friends are just sitting on the couch chatting with you about Disney. Some of the podcasts out there are super annoying to listen to as their hosts put on a fake presenter voice for some reason and it just does not work! It’s like, let’s be real people and just talk.

I’m coming clean… I have listened to this podcast for almost a year while planning our families first trip to Disney. Even though it contains two charming and talented hosts, oodles of useful information, and fresh content every episode, I was one of those listeners who didn’t spend a few minutes leaving a review! How could I!? Don’t be me! Leave a review already!Needless to say, this is one of the best Disney podcasts out there and I am grateful for everything I’ve learned while listening to it and feel as prepared as I’m going to get for our trip in a few weeks as a result. Thanks guys!

It is nice to listen to 2 people that have a love for Disney but are down to earth and real! The information they give is wonderful and it is helpful. It is nice also to be able to listen to people that can give different perspectives and ideas for a wonderful trip. Listen to this to help make your next trip a wonderful experience with some of the tips, strategies, and suggestions they provide.

Humorous, knowledgeable podcast that will get you ready for your next Disney trip. I’ve been an annual passholder for years and still get so much information out of these guys! Thanks and keep up the good work.

I’ve listened to my fair share of Disney podcasts over the past year, but only recently found Rope Drop Radio. I had been missing out for sure and am now powering through past episodes. These guys are fun, know their WDW stuff - and they are fellow Nebraskans, which makes them even cooler. A must-subscribe if you are planning a trip or just need to get your Disney World fix.

Derek and Doug are a great pair. I look forward to each new episode. I’m a seasoned Disney traveler but still pickup useful tips from them. Thanks guys!

This podcast is informative and fun to listen to. Derek and Doug are extremely knowledgeable about the parks and always come up with fun ideas for episodes. They do many trip reviews which are not only entertaining, but keep the listeners up to date on the newest happenings at the parks. If you are planning a first trip to Disney or you are a return visitor, I recommend you give this podcast a listen. You will not only learn something new, you will be entertained as well!

Started listening to this podcast years ago as I was planning my first Disney cruise. 4 cruises and 2 WDW trips later Derek and Doug are still my favorite Disney podcast to listen to. They’re super informative and entertaining. I love the banter between them. I even find myself laughing out loud by myself on my car drive. I feel so prepared and ahead of the game about genie+ for my next trip! Thanks for all the great Disney World tips Derek, Doug, Michelle, Madison and guests!

Guys! You are so fun and entertaining to listen too! And I always learn at least 1 thing every time I listen. I’m training for my 1st RunDisney event for next year and your podcast is in my top 5 for my runs. Last week I had to stop and laugh out loud about the Dad jokes that Derek shared about filling up the car at the Speedway!! I love that he did a Dad/Daughter trip and let her choose the day! Well, I’d love it and hate it at the same time with my kids TBH. It’s about the memories right! Guys, keep up the hilarious banter, great honest tips and keeping it real! Ps- please explain more about Chewbacca mode for Smuggler’s Run!!! Inquiring minds need to know for future trips!

Been listening for awhile now, but finally writing a review. Doug and Derek do a great job of covering a variety of Disney topics without the podcast becoming repetitive or stale. The trip reports are great to fill that void between trips! My favorite Disney podcast out there, definitely give it a listen.

Funny and knowledgeable!

When we booked Disney we realized everything changed since last time we went (2020- pre COVID). I started listening to podcasts and following blogs. RDR is very informative and entertaining. I’ve only been listening for a few weeks and I already feel like I learned so much!

I started listening to get excited for my upcoming WDW trip (We’ll be there in September so hopefully we’ll run into you!) and this was the perfect pick! I love Derek & Doug’s insight and banter and I look forward to the weekly episodes. I’ve already went back and listened to so many. I highly recommend to all Disney parks fans! Thanks for what you do!!

Just got back from our week long first time Disney trip and it was amazing! This show (and Michelle) helped us to be able to master the parks and Genie+! Our park experience would have been a lot more different and stressful if it wasn’t for this podcast. Thanks and keep up the good work!
