Hilarious & Informative
These two guys have great chemistry on air, giving the listener engaging and helpful information for planning a Disney vacation without being stuffy. Super funny and chill, I recommend a subscribe and download for anyone looking to fill their Disney bucket!

The Podcast I Didn’t Know I Needed
I stumbled across Rope Drop Radio by happy accident before Christmas and I’m officially addicted. Derek and Doug are hilarious, knowledgeable, and passionate, making them the perfect storytellers as you get yourself in the Disney mindset. Plus, their tongue in cheek approach to taking the park as two grown men is absolutely hilarious. What I would give to see Doug pose for a solo character pic by himself based on what they’ve said! Definitely tune in to Rope Drop Radio regardless of if you’re planning your next vacation. It’s the Disney Dose that you desperately didn’t know you needed.
PS ... if you need to put a smile on your face, check out the Bonus Episode where they mic up Doug on Space Mountain! Home boy doesn’t do well on rollercoasters but he takes his journey into space like a champ while giving you all the nostalgia you crave while planning your next vacation. Epic!

Great energy!
I throughly enjoy this podcast as my family prepares for our first trip. I binged listened to almost all their episodes this last dews months as I found their Midwest banty witter fimilar and also informative. Both guys are very energetic, honest & obviously themselves as they share their passion & knowledge of Disney. I truly appreciate the time, thought & effort put into their content.

Love this show!
I love this podcast! This is one of the only Disney podcasts I listen to. The shows always move at a good pace, the guys have a great sense of humor, and they always find unique things to talk about.

Love the banter mixed with useful info.

Great Disney podcast
I really enjoyed listening to Rope Drop. It is a quick show and gives great tips. These guys seem to be experts, but they talk about it on simple terms so anyone can pick things up. Each episode has something you can take away to help plan your trip.

Love Rope Drop Radio
If you love all things Disney, then you’ll want to subscribe to this podcast. The hosts, Derek and Doug are two funny dads who just love Disney. They have a wealth of experience and are up to date with current happenings surrounding anything Disney. From Disney movie reviews to first time cruise tips and where to eat in the parks, these guys know their stuff. They keep me company on my evening walks. I only wish their podcast came out more than once a week.

Great information without all the hot air
Derek and Doug do a great job of giving you all the information you need without making you spend two hours a week to make sure you don’t miss anything. Their descriptions are very spot on so if you don’t think you need that episodes information you know before you listen. Although getting a weekly dose of Disney is always worth it in my opinion.

I’m, admittedly, a Disney-phile. These guys make it so fun, though. They are honest and unpretentious. They help those of us who are planning on a budget prioritize and have done it enough times, they speak from experience. Thanks for a great drive to work!

Informative and Entertaining!
Great podcast filled with tricks and tips to navigate the Disney universe (with Universal in the mix too). Since I’ve been planning more and more trips to the Orlando area it’s great to know what’s going on and what I might want to try next. My next trip will be my first on Disney property and this podcast has been a great resource in planning. Great hosts, great information and it’s entertaining too. If you love Disney this podcast is for you!
