Addicting!
I’m listening to the podcast planning my 21st birthday trip as a broke bartender and hearing the guys tell everyone to tip their servers really excited me! I’ve been listening to the pod for a month now and I’m on episode 92 😂 keep up the good work guys

YOU JUST MADE THE LIST!
These guys have have a great chemistry and will feed your hunger for WDW. Therefore I am giving you all 5 stars.
However, their fanboy levels of love for Starbucks and dislike for an obviously superior product, Joffrey's is not just baffling, but downright obscene. Do you all not drink actual coffee in real life? I feel like anyone who prefers Starbucks bean water over signature Joffrey's blends might be a little unbalanced. Is this a cry for help?
Regardless, if I see either of you rope-dropping a Starbucks in the park, I swear on me mum, I will tase you. As WDW park secret service, I feel like it's my job to keep the standards high.

RDR Saved My Marriage
Derek and Doug,
My family has done the land, and WDW, and a 4 night DLC trip before. But now, it’s getting serious. Three separate week long WDW vacations in one calendar year!
My wife (Dole Whip Patreon) is the primary Disney trip planner of the family. But thanks to Rope Drop Radio, I now have the knowledge to play an active roll in planning our family vacations. From selecting a resort, and where to do character dining, to planning our Fast Passes.
You guys discuss fun and interesting Disney topics and also share some great insider tips.
Keep this informative and hilarious podcast going.
I started listening in 2019 but am catching up on older episodes as well. Enjoyed episodes 1-40 😁.
Okay, you might not have actually saved my marriage. But, this July in the Magic Kingdom my wife did say, “I’m so happy you understand the Disney lingo now, I’m glad you are listening to Rope Drop Radio.“

Best Podcast Ever!!
I discovered the Rope drop guys searching for a podcast to fill my Disney void. The guys are great, knowledgeable and very relatable. I have a family of 5 like Doug and my best friend also happens to be a dentist. We have done some Disneyland trips together that are eerily similar to Derek and Doug’s adventures. Check them out for Awesome Disney content, adventures and laughs.

Great Podcast

Funny and informative
I probably won’t be going back to WDW for a while and this podcast fills the void. Filled with honest reviews and funny commentary, this podcast is great for Disney fans.

Helpful and humorous
I found these guys looking for podcast to plan for our first family Disney cruise. They are super entertaining while being informative on all things Disney, give them a listen. But don’t listen to the first 40 or so I’m taking their word for that. Also kudos to doug for wearing a KC Royals shirt in Paris. Way to represent the Midwest!

Keeps me in the Disney bubble
I have two boys, 12 and 9, and just willingly downloaded and listened to an entire hour about Strollers in Disney World. That's how entertaining, knowledgeable, and engaging these two guys are. Keep up the great work!

My favorite podcast
So first off, I totally love you guys. A few months ago, I started listening to podcasts to get away from daily news and picked Disney since I’m a huge fan. I learned about you guys when Derek was on DCL Dude last year. Still getting caught up with you guys but this show is my favorite Disney podcast. If you ever guys ever want feedback on Shades of Green, we’ll be heading there for 10 days at the end of August and can answer any questions for you. And one last thing for Doug, I hope you tried the Epsom salt remedy ;)

My new favorite podcast!
I just recently started listening to podcasts and I am so glad I stumbled upon Rope Drop Radio. I am binge listening to as many shows as I can get in (Although I’ve stayed out of the early years as directed for now!). I thoroughly enjoy how you give your true opinions and the easy banter (bromance!) between you two. I chime in my two cents constantly as you guys talk, so it’s like we’re already friends! Keep up the great work!

Love these guys - with one problem
I’ve recently found Doug and Derek and have been binge listening (shows 30 and up only 😉). Just one little problem. Every time I think I have my next trip planned out, they talk about something new that I have to do. So back to the planning drawing board. Thanks for bringing some pixie dust to my time in the car!

Tips and Tricks Galore!
Nate and Serena here, aka DVC Duo. We can't recommend Rope Drop Radio enough. Doug and Derek as hilarious and entertaining. It's the perfect podcast for planning your Disney trip. We're glad we added them to our Disney podcast rotation.

I listen to A LOT of Disney World podcasts, and this one is very entertaining. Doug and Derek have a good chemistry. A real JD and Turk type bromance that works pretty well. They have some pretty polarizing views, but that adds to the entertainment. Their love for all things Mouse is evident in their discourse. 2 thumbs up.

Magic for the rest of the year
Absolutely love these guys. Just found the podcast and I am hooked. We took our son to the WDC for the first time last year and it totally awakened the Disney fan in me. Now I’m in total “how do we get back there mode” and the tips, tricks, perspectives and reviews in this podcast are fantastic. Planning on going back in the podcast archive to listen n my car as I do slot of driving. (Don’t worry I’ll start in the 40s) keep it up guys. Great work. Thanks for keeping the magic alive.

Fun Disney Fix
I have been listening to Derek and Doug for a while now and it really helps fill in the gaps between my disney trips! I enjoy all the useful info, the trip reports and the guests! We have our first Disney cruise coming up this summer and I am loving all the tips on DCL. The hosts of the show are funny and relatable and I love how they find the positive in everything!

They’re in several top ten Disney World podcast lists- for a reason!
Heading to WDW in May 2019 and have been gathering tips and information like it’s my JOB! Discovered Rope Drop Radio on some top 10 lists and do not regret giving it a listen- I’m hooked! These guys seem to really enjoy the parks and are not afraid to gush like school girls over the good stuff, or to complain like grumpy old men over the not-so-good. I love it! Keep on keeping it real guys, and thank you!!

What a find!
I am the dad of a family of four that has traveled to WDW seven times in the past eight years. I have learned a lot over those trips, but there is always more to be had. In the online world, there are a lot of people offering crap Disney advice. These Cornhuskers unequivocally know their stuff. They strike the right blend of comedy, truly helpful advice, and make fun of themselves as any father with kids should. I highly recommend that anyone thinking about going to see the mouse, listen to these podcasts. We are planning our eighth trip there this summer, and I listen to the podcasts during my commute. It’s like they are in the backseat traveling with me.

Love listening to your show
Derek and Dr. Doug are so fun to listen to! I could talk to Dr. Doug for hours about Disney. Everything that they talk about is extremely helpful, even for the experienced Disney goers! My husband and I are Disney vacation club members and I still learn something new with every episode! I am one of the listeners that went back to episode one and have listened to nearly all of them now! Thank you!
