Fun show with great hosts
Love this podcast. Derek and Doug talk about all aspects of Disney, from the latest news to travel tips to security and much more. They are fun, engaging, and all-around great guys. Love listening to the new episodes each week. Keep up the good work!

At the top of the Disney game!
I have listened to lots of Disney podcasts and I usually get burned out after a dozen or so episodes. Hosts tend to talk about themselves more than they talk about Disney, or they name-drop, or they turn the podcast into a sales pitch. Rope Drop Radio is the only Disney podcast I never get tired of. Doug and Derek are relaxed, funny, unpretentious, and they know the Disney parks inside out. They share tons of invaluable info, but they don’t take themselves too seriously. If I could change one teeny, tiny thing, it would be their pronunciation of the word “height.” (There’s no “H” on the end; it rhymes with “light”!) Otherwise, this is the perfect Disney podcast and gets better with every episode!

One of the best Disney podcasts out there!
I’ve been listening to this podcast for a couple years now and it just gets better. Doug and Derek are hysterical and really know what they are talking about. Best part about the podcast is that they are just good people! They’ve personally answered my trip questions a few times and they won my loyalty, which is why I’m now a patron 😀I’m with Derek, though, Mickey pretzel all the way.

Favorite Disney podcast!
This is my favorite Disney podcast by far! If you like to plan your Disney vacation strategically, this podcast is for you! Derek and Doug give a lot of helpful tips, they always have the best up to date info, and they share all about the best rides, food, and how to navigate the parks with low wait times (rope dropping!). They have interesting guests and I love their trip reports. They’re funny too!

These guys are AWESOME!
Derek and Doug are fun to listen to, very informative of all things Disney, and you can just tell that they genuinely just want to be helpful to other lovers of Disney. This is the place to go for tips and tricks and everything in between! Plus some laughs!

Random Party Of One
Always an informative and entertaining listen, this show balances news topics, interviews, games, trip reports, and planning strategies. Their recent trip report about Disney in the age of COVID has been immeasurably helpful as I plan my trip next week (even though I’ll be a Random Party Of One). Their passion for Disney is evident, and the McKnights are truly wonderful people (haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Derek in person yet). Give them a listen... and thanks for keeping Disney magic in my daily life

Fun Podcast
Fun Disney vacation fan podcast with some great tips mixed in. Used those tips on our last family trip to help make the most of our short stay. Still listening to each podcast for more information and really enjoy the enthusiasm they have for disney vacations.

A wonderful podcast!
My husband and I love listening to this podcast! I am really happy he found it! It’s so fun and informative and we have a great time listening! I really love the eating on a budget episodes! My husband and I love playing along! Highly recommend to any Disney enthusiast!

Fun Podcast
Derek and Doug (McKenzie) are goofy and fun to listen too! Rope Drop Radio is an awesome pod cast. They share great information and make excellent recommendations. I enjoy the excellent and interesting guests. RDR brings a little Disney into our lives each week and in these times we could all use a little more Disney in our lives! Thanks for all you do. A magical podcast
My trip was cancelled in April 2020 but Rope Drop cheered me up! I appreciate the mix of banter and education that Rope Drop gives me. Great information that is relevant and makes me want to plan another trip, hopefully this one doesn’t get canceled 😝

I can’t speak highly enough of the level of podcasting that goes on at Rope Drop radio headquarters. Derek and Doug have put together a fantastic show for anyone that loves Disney. The guest interviews, trip reports, and over all chemistry make this one of the best podcasts out there. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

A Disney Fans Must Listen!!
I’ve listened to many Disney podcasts and Rope Drop Radio quickly rose to the top as one of my favorites! Derek and Doug are so much fun to listen to as they pass along their Disney wisdom. I cannot wait to try out rope dropping during our next Disney visit. Great podcast!!!
